High Performance Building Design: Application and Future Trends
Please join us for our final training session of the year. ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer Tom Lawrence will be presenting a custom course for the Northern Alberta Chapter.
As buildings are evolving and become leaner and greener, so are the thought processes and techniques that go into the design of these structures. High Performance Building is a very catchy name and is drawing a great deal of attention from all aspects of the building sciences community.
Please join us as we host our annual joint meeting with the Mechanical Contractors Association. As in the past, this event is sure to bring great discussion and some fireworks as the panelists debate topics that are relevant to our industry today. Expect no less this year when we present questions to our panel of industry experts including Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Government Officials. Over the past few years a trend has been emerging in building construction with several different types of project delivery methods.
Please join us as we welcome our final Distinguished Lecturer for 2013, Tom Lawrence. Tom is currently a Senior Public Service Associate with the university of Georgia. He brings with him over 30 years of professional experience and has been presenting and giving workshops around the globe on green building design. Tom is currently the Chair of ASHRAE T.C. 208—Building Environmental Impact and Sustainability.
