Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) was formed to bring together ASHRAE Members 35 years and younger. Typically many of these members dont feel as comfortable breaking in to the exisitng cliques that have formed within our chapter. In order to keep our chapter fresh and be able to replace the knowledge as it leaves it is essential to draw these young individuals into our world. If you know anyone who you feel would benefit from such a group please get them to have a look at this event. If you fit the YEA category please come out and join us on March 18th. Tom Jacknisky

All YEA members (ASHRAE members age 35 years and younger) are invited to a special mixer with Society President Lynn Bellenger during the cocktail hour of our dinner meeting on January 13th. This is your opportunity to meet Lynn, ask her questions about ASHRAE, or let her know how ASHRAE can better serve young professionals in the HVAC&R industry.
After the YEA mixer, stick around for our chapter dinner meeting... which happens to be YEA & Student Night! There is even a discount for those who RSVP. See the events calendar or dinner meeting notice for full details.
Please join us at 5pm for cocktails, then 5:30pm for dinner.
The post-dinner program will include a presentation from ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer Hank Jackson, P.E. as well as an update on Research Promotion activities.
Watch for the official meeting notice in your inbox. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our mailing list.
